Ceremony – 1pm

A 1pm ceremony is the ideal time for your wedding day, but don’t worry – you can choose other timings too! Guests will start arriving at 12pm, giving them plenty of time to enjoy drinks in the bar before heading to the ceremony room. No need to stress about logistics – our fantastic event managers will guide you and your guests to the right places, ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day. Ceremony usually lasts around 20-30 minutes. Music for the ceremony can be played via our sound system or why not have live music?

Drinks & Canapés – 1:30pm

At 1:30pm, enjoy drinks and canapés in the bar/lounge area, exclusively reserved for your party. If the weather’s lovely, feel free to step into our garden. Just a heads-up – the garden is open to the public unless you’ve booked exclusive use. During this time, our team will be busy transforming the ceremony room into the perfect setting for your wedding breakfast. We’ll take care of all the details and set up your decor exactly as you envision. You won’t need to lift a finger (except for holding a glass of fizz, of course!). Relax, sip your drink, and enjoy the canapés while we make the magic happen behind the scenes.

Visit Melbourne Pool!

During your drinks and canapés time, why not take a moment for yourselves and head over to Melbourne Pool for an intimate photoshoot? It’s the perfect opportunity to capture some special moments just for the two of you, away from the crowd. Take some time to relax, enjoy each other’s company, and let our photographer capture the magic of your day.

Food Time! – 3pm

Feeling hungry? Don’t worry, we’ve got it all sorted! First, we’ll take the couple to the room for a private “first look” photoshoot, giving you a moment to enjoy each other’s company before the fun begins. Then, all your guests will be invited in to join you. Our event manager can announce your entrance with a “please stand for the happy couple” – or we can skip that if you’d prefer something more low-key.

When it comes to food, the choice is yours! Whether you’d like a delicious 3-course meal, a relaxed buffet, or a tasty BBQ, we’ve got you covered. We work with an incredible catering team who can tailor the menu to suit your taste and dietary needs, ensuring your guests are well-fed and satisfied.

Speeches – 5:30pm

Now it’s time to deliver the speech of your life! After the meal, we can arrange for the speeches, or if you’d prefer, they can happen before the meal – it’s entirely up to you. This is the moment for your partner to tell you how beautiful you look, and for your family to get emotional (tears of joy, of course!). And let’s not forget, there’s always one person who’ll throw in a joke to lighten the mood, so be ready for a few laughs along with the heartfelt moments. It’s your day, your way – and we’re here to help make it unforgettable!

Turn around – 6pm

Just a quick turnaround now! While our team works their magic to set up for the evening, all your guests will head back down to either the garden or the bar/lounge area to relax. This is also when the DJ or band can set up, ensuring everything’s ready for the party to kick off. It’s a seamless transition, and before you know it, the evening celebrations will be in full swing!

Partyyy Time!! – 7pm

Now it’s party time! Time to kick off those heels, slip into your flats, and let’s dance the night away! Evening guests will begin arriving, ready to join in on the party of the year. Around 8pm, the DJ will announce the cake cutting, followed by your first dance as a married couple. Then, it’s time for the dance floor to come alive as the DJ spins some bangers of your choice – let’s make this a night to remember! The some more food around 8:30-9:00pm if you wish.
